Sam Isaacson & Ros Stephenson: Taking coaching global – challenges and opportunities in creating a global coaching culture

Session on 24 November 2020 15:30 UTC - View on timetable

Session

EMCC Global was delighted for Grant Thornton International to start this year’s EMCC Global GPS – Global Provider Summit – with a keynote from Lucy Daykin, Global Head of the Exceptional Coach Programme, with colleagues Francesca Lagerberg, Kim Schmidt, Kamal Shah, and Olivia Gadd.

This session – one of three follow-on sessions following on from the keynote – takes the threads of the presentation and explores to a different depth, inviting and sharing individual perspectives on the challenge of taking coaching global. It is not necessary to have attended the keynote in order to contribute and engage in this session.

People, countries and organisations across the world share similarities but also show varied differences, political, economic and cultural – to name but a few. And differences within each apparently similar group also present different needs, challenges and solutions.

Join your hosts in an interative conversation, as they seek to continue the conversation to take in perspectives from around the globe.
