Ruairí Kelleher: Embedding a coaching culture - lessons from team coaching

Session on 24 November 2020 15:30 UTC - View on timetable

Session

This session will explore participants’ viewpoints on the following questions:

  • Where does team coaching fit in our understanding of how coaching cultures can be fostered, grown and sustained throughout organisations?
  • Are the terms ‘coach’ and ‘coaching’ helping or hindering us in our efforts to create the type of organisations we are imagining, or do we need a new vocabulary?

The session will involve a short introduction followed by a facilitated discussion on each of the questions above.

Learning outcomes

We hope to gain a greater understanding of how the latest research on team coaching can be integrated into what we already know about cultural transformation in organisations.
