CinQFive is an exciting coach-led video game which tests participants ability to think creatively, collaborate and communicate effectively, take risks, make decisions and persevere when faced with failure. QFIVE95 is a Munich based Leadership Development company and our partners in this initiative are Disruptive Learning Solutions, a Paris based tech-company. It’s just one of the initiatives we have taken to meet the challenge of people development in a COVID-19 world.

Bio

Richard Bentley is a Leadership Catalyst with QFIVE95, a Munich-based leadership development consultancy, and is a director of QFIVE95’s UK business. After a career in journalism and corporate communications, he trained as a coach in 2000 before becoming a director of Results Coaching Systems (now the NeuroLeadership Institute) in the UK. He joined QFIVE95 six years ago and is an experienced executive coach and facilitator.
