The shift to online working in the past nine months has brought about an unparalleled transformation in the way we communicate with each other, both in our business and personal lives. How we utilise the online medium makes a huge difference to the way our communication is received. Used well, it can enhance our personal presence in a way that gives us an advantage, even when compared with face to face delivery.

This session is a practical masterclass for coaches, coach educators or anyone who is designing, delivering, or taking part in communications online. The session is delivered by a professionally trained actor with a careers experience engaging audiences both live and on film.

It will shine a light on the things we need to pay attention to and do differently in order to achieve the same level of engagement, rapport and connection with individuals and groups when working virtually as we do face to face. It will offer practical, applicable skills that you will be able to apply in all virtual communications

Bio

Matt Burgess is an actor by trade and has worked extensively in theatre, television and film, starring in productions such as; War Horse, Prometheus and Black Mirror. As a trainer he has travelled globally, working at all levels of organisations in both public and private sectors. Working as a communications coach, and EMCC Global accredited practitioner, he has been able to work one to one with, amongst others, politicians, sports people and heads of global business.
