n a recent article, “Beyond coronavirus: The path to the next normal” McKinsey and Company stated that we are facing an unprecedented new reality that requires us all to respond to new environments, new customers, and heightened societal expectations, in order to build resilience and creatively lead the way out of adversity through successfully navigating the innovation puzzle.

Janet has 32 years of experience consulting and leading culture development, change management, leadership and innovation education interventions to some of Australasia’s and Israel’s top 100 companies.

She co-creates with clients speedy, agile and blended ways that help people and teams adapt, innovate and grow through applying the transformational powers of innovation, lean start-up methodologies and human-centred design thinking, to emerge innovative organisations, leaders and teams.

She is a sought-out speaker at global conferences on innovation coaching, culture and leadership. In 2010 she moved to the Middle East and joined the Start-Up Revolution and now lives in lovely Bayside Melbourne, Australia.
