After a brief summary of where we are in research about supervision, we’ll discuss how to encourage it, in which specific areas and what methodologies could be used.

Learning outcomes

Participants will understand that there is an urgent need for more research on coach supervision, especially research related to the impact of supervision on the client and their organisation.

Bio

Dr Michel Moral spent most of his career in an international environment where he managed teams in more than 30 countries. In 2003 he created his own coaching practice. He trains supervisors (ESQA) since 2010 and carries out researches related to different aspects of supervision. He also supervises coaches, coaches executives and multicultural executive teams in global organisations, and trains coaches in University Cergy-Pontoise and in HEC-CRC.

He holds a Masters degree in Science & Technology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He is an EMCC Global Master Practitioner and also holds an individual supervision accreditation with EMCC Global. He published a total of 11 books and many articles.
