This session will enable you to know, understand and apply best practice in creating a coaching culture in your organisation. Clare will share her experiences as both an internal and external coach driving coaching cultures across sectors, as well as her learning as Nominating Coach for Qatar Financial Centre, 2020 Prism Award winner.

Bio

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy is the founder of the CoachME Model and Products. She is an experienced Executive and Systemic Team Coach who has worked globally across sectors, including Fortune 100s, both internally and externally enabling people and organisations to achieve their potential. She designs and delivers accredited coach training, is an accredited super-visor and also mentor coaches for credentialing and renewal purposes. Clare combines a range of 360 psychometrics to assess individual, team and board level strengths and development areas and these are also used to measure return on investment.
