Bio

Christina Demetriades is the President of EMCC Cyprus and the recipient of the EMCC Global 2019 Coaching Award.  As a personal leadership coach, Christina is passionate about empowering people and motivating personal responsibility for conscious, meaningful, fulfilling living.  She is joined in dynamic enquiry by two co-speakers.

Ivan Yong is EMCC Global Social Responsibility WorkGroup Leader. An organisational psychologist, Ivan is a sought-after keynote speaker and author with a focus on culture, strategy and corporate innovation. His book ‘Department of Start-up: Why Every Fortune 500 Should Have One’ examines organisational culture differences between start-ups and traditional Fortune 500 companies.

Vimala Suppiah is an executive coach and sustainability leadership coach, supporting C-suites, their teams and stakeholders and coaching for whole system transformation. Formerly diversity and inclusiveness strategist in the UK’s National Health Service, Vimala is the founder of the GameChange Coaching Consultancy in Malaysia.
