Highly experiential and interactive programme exploring GROW as structured in the ‘GROWing Through Research’ chapter in the book Coaching Science Practitioners Handbook. The programme will guide the participants through cyclical planning, execution, reflection and feedback that typifies this learning experience. The learning content will include Jose Fonseca psychodrama new approach, Resistance theory from Depth Coaching and Kolb’s reflective model.
Learning outcomes
Anindita Das is a dedicated educator, psychodramatist and contributing author of ‘The Coaching Science Practitioner’s Handbook’ who has formal training in coaching from Cambridge University, UK and group coaching from Oxford University UK, humanistic psychodrama from Vedadrama, India & TSM, Hong Kong, Global Coaching (Cultural Orientations Framework), Emotional Intelligence, MDIS Singapore and is a certified Cross Cultural trainer (University of Jena, Germany).
Having lived and worked internationally (BAGIC, India, Lufthansa Konzern, Germany) all her life, she is currently based in Beijing, P.R.China and dedicating her time to her founded companies CoachWorx, Life I Work I Relationships and SoulWorx Psychodrama.
Pluridisciplinary in her approach, she believes in uniqueness of everyone and hence takes a phenomenological view to build relationship foremost with her clients. Her primary methodologies are (but not limited to) TGROW, Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour and Solutions Focussed Coaching and includes psychodrama as an individual or group intervention process. Due to her lived experiences as well as certified Global Coaching (Coaching Across Cultures) methodology, she is highly sensitive to systems in her coaching.
