Group coaching can be an impactful way to support our clients to effect change. It can be beneficial in a number of scenarios and contexts, from health and career coaching, through to leadership development in organisations.
This coaching approach can also be a crucial tool to support cultural and organisational change, as well as being cost-effective and scalable. Empirical research in this area is still limited but there are good examples of how group coaching has been successfully delivered in a range of settings.

Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced executive and group coach, consultant and facilitator, who works with individuals and organisations interested in improving wellbeing and leadership capabilities. Ana has over a decade of coaching experience, having worked with a range of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Ana is a part-time lecturer at the University of East London and a tutor with the British School of Coaching. Ana has completed a research project in group coaching for wellbeing towards a doctorate in coaching and mentoring with Oxford Brookes University.
